Refund Policy
Nuitka commercial subscriptions grant access to commercial features, priority support, and private packages. They do not sell software licenses for a standalone product. Refunds are not provided for Nuitka commercial subscriptions. Once access has been granted, the subscription is considered fulfilled. The standard (free) version of Nuitka can be used to verify that Nuitka works for your project and meets your needs before purchasing a commercial subscription. If you encounter problems using Nuitka commercial features: Higher-tier commercial users (priority support packages) are entitled to direct issue resolution. Bugs affecting your use of commercial features will be fixed. For all other commercial users, the standard community support channels apply. Failure of Nuitka to compile your specific code, or the standard version not working for your use case, is not grounds for a refund.
